<p><b>Neue Seite</b></p><div>En considération d’une tâche donnée, les besoins en information effectifs sont à différencier des besoins définis par la personne chargée de l’exécution de la tâche. Les besoins effectifs dépendent de l’état des connaissances actuelles de la société et sont donc variables. Le besoin en information définis par la personne dépend de ses capacités à analyser ce besoin de manière complète, de la variabilité des besoins effectifs et de la disponibilité limitées de l’information (Feghhi, 1998, selon Manecke et al., 1985)<br />
